        Parking wardens have targets to hit. The council does not take into account mitigating circumstances despite the extortionate prices for permit parking in Croydon. Obviously trying to make some money after the council went bankrupt.

        I've always found Parking Services to be very helpful, particularly when I've needed to call them out to ticket someone parked over my drive. When receiving a ticket the team are professional and courteous in processing and handling appeals. Particular praise to Jonathan de la Lama who I feel really went above and beyond in my dealings with him.
