I had an appointment almost 4 weeks ago and was told I would receive a treatment plan with 16 days. Im yet to receive a treatment or receive any form of communication on what is happening. Even though I have already paid a deposit for the treatment.

Amazing service! I was very nervous at first, but scan went very smoothly.

My initial appointment was great and I felt really assured about my upcoming treatment Ive had two courses of Wondersmile and my teeth have barely changed. I was promised contact from the Wondersmile team during both of my courses. I have never received contact at all to let me know that my progress is as it should be or not. Despite the fact that I was receiving emails about monthly photo uploads but this was apparent that nobody was reviewing them I never received the blue box or service which was advertised. Overall, a disappointment in service and product quality. Absolutely not worth it at all.

The orthodontist was very welcoming and took her time to explain every step The production was quick, I received the braces 5 days sooner The first set fitted very perfectly. I am having a little challenge with the 2nd set. The upper braces doesn't fit very well
