I have worked for First Option Healthcare for the past 6 months in the SMI and LD teams supporting the drive for Mental Health support and have loved seeing the changes in the patients we have reviewed. When patients tell us 'i needed this opportunity to talk' and 'an hour appointment allows us to open up' shows we are helping. Exciting things coming up with a collaboration with the Adult Eating disorders team will allow us to reach more people and relieve the pressures on Primary care.

I have been using First Option Healthcare Clinical Education Team over the last 10 months. I have found them to be incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Their clinical skills and expertise really shine through. We have used them for bespoke clinical training of seizure management, catheter care, Tracheostomy, np suction, ventilation, feeding and other clinical sessions. The clinical education team have also been delivering care certificate training to our staff and mandatory training. They are genuinely lovely people with a high level of skill and professionalism.

I have worked with First Option Healthcare since September 2021 and find the company, innovative, supportive, responsive and focused, with the clients and staff at the forefront of all we do. First Option Healthcare promote, advocate and constantly push for the best for their clients and their staff, they accommodate to enable their clients to live and be as independent as possible with the required care provision to achieve this and fulfil their goals in life wherever possible. First Option are a team full of beaming qualified professionals making a difference to each of their communities. Their compassion and work ethics are beyond amazing, and I am proud to say I am a part of their team. We thrive on helping patients and their families to seeing a brighter future. Without the help of first Option, I myself wouldn't be where I am today with regards to my MH and ability to communicate when I need to. I 100% would recommend using the services First Option have to offer, they are without a doubt the most helpful service I've heard of in a very long time.
