When I went to return the item I was told I could only get a 38 refund as i bought in in the airport? The item rang up as 38 as its now on sale, not because of where it was purchased.
I was told to go to another travel store, go back to the Airport or call customer services.
All the Croydon store has to do was alter the refund price to the price I paid.
