I have been coming to this store to pick up and send a parcel for years now,everything is OK and the people running the store are really helpful.

Avoid returning items via Evri, they are very unhelpful. They said they will package returns - I got handed a tiny envelope which my item wouldnt fit into, I asked if they had anything bigger and she just shrugged her shoulders at me. I asked why they advertise packaging items if they actually cant fulfill this and all she could say was blame Amazon, not me. Zero accountability.

Solely based on my experience with amazon parcel return(with Evri). I havent made any purchase at the shop. If anyone selected this location as evri dropoff location, they wont accept your box after 12noon if your box is big. Their definition of big is not big actually not even medium size. Imagine how difficult it would be for ppl carrying big boxes till their shop and take them back. I am writing so that others dont face the inconvenience. As far as their response/accountability is concerned, you can check other reviews and their replies. They wont even apologize for the inconvenience. How i resolved my issue? I contacted Amazon customer support and told them abt evri and how this shop is not accepting parcels, they arranged a pickup from different courier (responsible one this time) at my door step.
