Imperial did a fantastic job of our dream extension from start to finish. Working with us at the offices to discuss the brief, providing architectural services, surveyors and more. The budget was agreed and any movement on costs were explained upfront and with rationale. No nasty surprises or hidden costs. ICS project managers would be onsite regularly, discussing the plans ahead and tweaking any snags as the job was being done. Communication was impecible and we always felt that we were on the journey together. Picking a building service is not an easy task, however I would whole heartedly recommend Imperial for you upcoming work.

Sunny and the team at ICS helped us transform our 2 bed first floor flat with no outside space, into a 3 bedroomed, two bathrooms maisonette with large open plan kitchen and sizeable roof terrace. The team at ICS were heavily involved from the start, working with our architect to best utilise the space and make the loft conversion as effective as possible. As it was our first foray into home improvements, ICS took full control/ ownership and guided us through the process providing their expertise at all points at all times. We are thrilled not only with the conversion of the space, but also with the finish throughout the whole property. Additionally, they were very quick to rectify any issues/ areas we wanted to tweak during the snagging period. Couldn't recommend the guys more!

I strongly recommend Imperial Construction Services. Highly professional and reliable company. We chose Imperial to renovate our flat in Beckenham, including new kitchen and bathroom fitting, re flooring, re painting, installing of new light fixtures, new architraves and skirting throughout. We were very pleased with the final result! During the project, they kept us informed on a regular basis, via email and Whatsapp, with pictures of the work completed to date. They were quick and efficient and the project was delivered ahead of schedule. We would have no hesitation to work with them again in the future.
