Company is run by someone who uses people. He has gone through his life using people since his early 20's and he still does it. So not a company to trust at all. Just horrible. Ive edited my review as it was obviously a typo. Not a local business. You use people , you always have done

My gaming desktop suffered bsod and refused to boot, which turned out to be a faulty SSD. It was promptly fixed and the SSD replaced. Good communication throughout by professional group.

When I had given up all hope I contacted SysFix. They solved what no one else could. I contacted Microsoft initially and they had said I should do a fresh install and wipe all my data because I had a virus, but within 20 minutes of contacting SysFix they troubleshooted the problem and fixed it, no need to wipe anything, just uninstalling one app that was causing the network issue.

My laptop cought a virus, so I called to see what could be done. I was told that my problem could be resolved remotely which was very convenient for me. Johnathan (the IT engineer that helped me) was really understanding, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and friendly. Made everything in his a ability to help me out! I'll definetly go back for any issues. Reccomend 100%
