I cannot use enough positive words to describe the incredible team at Over Under Wandsworth. OU is our "go-to" coffee shop that we visit daily; the coffee is delicious and is always served in a timely and efficient manner despite the demand during peak morning commuter time. Come rain, wind or shine and no matter how busy the team are, they always make the effort to converse with their customers and ask about their day. Each member of the team is an absolute credit to OU and the lovely manager Jess but I must mention Kayleigh, Rebecca, Alex, Freya and the effervescent Adbi (the most friendly and positive person you'll ever meet!) who never fail to brighten our day.

The staff are nice and the coffee is really tasty. A few weeks ago , i ordered full fat milk cappuccino, and it was great. The milk tasted proper good milk. Today, i ordered the same full fat milk cappuccino, and it didn't taste like before. I don't think they served it with the right milk. It tasted like oat milk or the mixture of oat milk and normal milk. So It wasn't that good. I will still go back and buy coffee, but i will make sure that they use the right milk.

The lady had charged me for 5 flat white while I ordered only 4 then she said it will be back to my account still didn't get anything!
