Having lived in this property for nearly forty years which in that time have had two managing agents, the first were unhelpful and did the minimum amount, HMF [maintenance dept] have proved themselves to be responsive and reliably, such a difference.

My company has a difficult task to carry out vital utility replacement work to all properties at a residential block located in SW9. There are various stakeholders that we needed to contact to enable the works to be carried out. After two months of trying, we weren't getting anywhere with this. Fortunately, we got in contact with Kathy Goldsmith of HNF. In less than a week, Kathy has managed to enable us to liaise with all of the numerous affected parties (and there are a lot), and the project can now be carried out. We realise that this really hasn't been an easy task, and appreciate the time and effort that she has put in to this which will now enable the works to go ahead in good time. Ultimately, this assistance was vital for the residents and owners of these apartments, as it ensures the safe continuity of utility supplies to the whole of the building. Great stuff Kathy. Thanks.

Used HNF several times over the last couple of years in relation to selling a property. Have always found them professional and efficient, with John and Pippa being especially helpful.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. HnF must be the worst management agent in the world. Zero customer service zero communication. Zero engagement with residents. They only thing they are good at is collecting money for service is NOT rendered
