We approached Jona to create and run a Lead generation paid campaign for our networking event back in January 2022. After explaining Jona, our goals and the main target focus for our campaign, she started off asking all the relevant questions to understand our business networking model. She then came back to us, with a clear strategy and key points to focus during the campaign. Running a small business requires a variety of skills to accomplish the necessary day to day administration as well as the relentless search for new business, servicing the needs of existing customers and dealing with suppliers. Breathe Print Management is no different and often there don't seem to be enough hours in the day. When I needed to do some research into a new potential market, despite my initial enthusiasm, I found I did not have the time I needed to switch off from my usual daily tasks and commit properly to looking for new potential suppliers. I started the year at GALUCHAT full of enthusiasm and determination to make the most of our material on as many platforms as possible, including social media. And yet found myself stumped a few times in mid-flow, by sheer ignorance mixed with laziness. Enter Jona Hysa of Time4PA and her POWER HOUR. I had discussed with Jona the wide breadth of what she does, the flexible services she offers and the variety of areas she covers with her expertise, discovering it all went well beyond what I assumed a Virtual Assistant does, ie. admin tasks, data entry and schedule management. Indeed on presenting to Jona the silly obstacles I encountered in my taking-over-the social-media-world mission, I was amazed by her knowledge, the ease with which she imparted it and how comfortable she made me feel asking my stupid questions. So I signed up for a tailor-made Power Hour, addressing all of my technical, practical and logistical niggles, to do with Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn mainly. In the space of 60 minutes, we had promptly ticked off each of them, several light bulbs had been turned on in my foggy brain and I had a plan of attack going forward. I would highly recommend working with Jona in any and all of the aspects of the day-to-day management of your business stuff her sensible, detailed, patient and cheerful approach takes the tedium out of it all and all is possible again.
