        Hopeless service. I was told to call and book in advance if I wanted to withdraw a cash above 500 by a very rude guy on a counter service. I was told its in T&Cs. Unbelievable! You cant withdraw your own cash when you need! Changing it to Barclays

        I went into the branch to get help with my mobile banking and saw a polite young man that helped me get back online and even showed me features I wasn't aware of. He showed me that nationwide now have demonstrations that i can use should I need help and can't get into branch. Will definitely come into the branch should I need any further help.
