        Sadly I was given very poor service at this building Society today. I had a 12 oclock appointment with a YBS Advisor and her manner towards my husband I was most disconcerting. She completely failed to provide clear information regarding transfer of an ISA and as a result we were made to feel quite ignorant. Not had this experience in all my time of dealing with banks building societies etc.
