        Went for the first time to a beginners class, was a little bit nervous on what it would be like, really glad I went! Staff were super friendly and helpful. A challenging class but very rewarding. I went from feeling lethargic and low to energised! Ill definitely come back!

        I've never been a gym-goer in the past however this gym is an exception. Friendly coaches and staff and there is always a welcoming presence. Affordable membership fees are also a bonus. Best gym in the area in my opinion and very female friendly.
