Fantastic team - very pleased I made the journey across London to the Cycle Workshop. Matthew was fantastic and managed to fit the work in same day which saved a long awaited ride on Sunday morning. I will definitely use the London Cycle Workshop again. First class customer service and first class work done to the bike.

Just had one of their vans almost side swipe me whilst trying to park in Brighton, car cameras grabbed it (plate ends in WZM), no patience, courtesy or due care. If its not your branch blame them

I had my bike serviced by Shane, he did a full strip down of my bike that needed an after winter service. He is always very polite and knowledgeable on everything bike related. Goes straight to the point making sure he listens to each customer needs. Doesn't go over board charging for things that you really don't need. My bike came out of the shop better than when I purchased it from another bike shop. Would definitely recommend his work and will come back to see him in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of picking up my brand-new custom build Condor Fratello from the Battersea branch of TLCW, which was lovingly built by Shane. I took him my new frame, loosely described what I was after and gave him carte-blanche to design and build the bike as he saw fit. I could not be happier or more impressed with what he created. He made great suggestions for the all the new components which also were fantastic value and hes a really nice chap to boot! Having been on the bike every day for the last two weeks since picking it up, it runs beautifully and is an absolute joy to ride. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would, thank you to Shane and TLCW. Happy riding!
