What is the point of this? Not a full service branch. for anyone wanting anything other than getting out/paying in money have to go to Clapham junction

Appalling service from this branch. Totally ignored by slobby unkempt sweaty man behind the counter even though I was the only person in the queue. He wouldnt even look up at me. The machine for printing statements wasnt working and there was a poor guy using the phone service that was clearly distressed as his lost card had been used and he was trying to get the card stopped. The hsbc telephone contact asked to speak to someone in branch and there response was why , rolling eyes and huffing they said they couldnt come out to help him. In the end a staff member reluctantly came out from behind her screen and muttered about how useless the phone staff were. Utterly dreadful service.

Finally manage to go here and theres a sign its temporarily closed!!! No indication until when. You could at least bother to update your Google maps listing!!!
