Incompetent staff. Went to withdraw my money. Only for the staff to tell me they dont have 6p. I told them send the 6p to my account and Ill withdraw the rest. The silly lady sent all the money to my other account and now its stuck. Im having to wait over an hour for it to be released. Closing my bank account.

I was left standing at the counter for about 15 minutes. 3/4 members of staff walked past me a few times but wouldn't look at me or let me know someone would be with me and only 1 was serving another customer. I went to the cashier instead and asked about opening a business account, she went to the back and I could hear them talking loudly. I couldn't make out what was being said but could hear "business account" being repeated along with no no no and huffing and puffing. She returned and told me I couldn't open an account in store which sounds absolutely ridiculous.

If its not to late bank elsewhere! This branch is filled with incompetent staff. Their new opening times help no1 and every branch is now closing at 3pm making it nearly impossible to do your banking without taking the day off work. Avoid this branch and this Banking society at all costs.
