David at draw and plan provided great service from the outset, a no nonsense comprehensive consultation, followed by clear drawings making alterations as per the agreement and within planning regulations that he highlighted. Once we were happy with the plans and drawings provided these were submitted in a timely manner. Due to inefficiencies within the Borough planning department David submitted further enquries, prompts, and timescales keeping us informed and updated on progress. We have recently been successfully granted planning permission. I would happily recommend David and his services to family and friends.

We retained David to draw up plans for a home extension, including building regulations drawings. We found him to be very knowledgeable on both planning and building control matters, and well-researched on local planning requirements (we had additional concerns due to the beachside location of our property). However, his advice proved to be spot on, resulting in us securing planning approval for his design without any amendments from the planning authority. David proved very easy to work with, very patient and responsive to any queries we had and his services were excellent value for money. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to employ a competent and professional person to draw up plans for their building/ renovation project.
