Bluelime Home Design

Called up yesterday 20/03/21 1:59pm and got put through to the 'switchboard'. I had never had an experience with architects before. Woman on the phone said no architect was available. So spoke with her instead. Her questions were confusing, when I asked for clarification she got snappy and impatient. It was all-round very uncomfortable. Even more so as the call went on. All I wanted was to arrange a consultation to show them, and for them suggest to suggest how much it would cost to build as they're experienced. A plan for the double-extension at the back, the side and single at the front of the house. The budget was open. Was willing to pay to get exactly what we wanted. She didn't seem to get that. If the admin is poor I can only imagine what it's like hiring and working with them. Cut the call blocked the number and moved on. Such a shame the admin really lets them down. We've received better service elsewhere.

We have been using Bluelime to plan and design our extension and garage conversion. Our lead architect has been excellent. He has been creative and challenging but whilst been respectful of the brief and our budget. We are now in the planning permission process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bluelime based on my experience.

We contacted a few other options before settling on Bluelime and so far we are very happy with that decision. We chose Bluelime as they have many experts in-house, which means their service is efficient and streamlined. Bluelime have been friendly, professional and a great help to us both in starting our build journey. Mark carried out our initial consultation, we discussed what we had in mind for our build and with his expertise he suggested a few options that may work. Followed by Zac, who carried out a full measure of our current property who was extremely courteous and professional. Our assigned architect Matt, has been very patient whilst we discussed and explored different options for our build. Having a company such as Bluelime throughout the process has been invaluable and we would recommend that anyone who is thinking of doing a build project to get in touch.
