Ten Degrees

We moved here in March, the flat itself is okay but there have been numerous issues with other aspects of living here. We never receive our post, we were told by reception staff they have nothing to do with the post and then saw the reception staff putting all the post in the mailboxes. I have called Royal Mail and they seem to think the address isnt registered but this cant be the case as the previous tenant still receives all their post here. The same flat number in tower A seems to repeatedly take our stuff if it is delivered incorrectly to them rather than saying that it is for tower B which is rude and wastes our time. It feels like you can never get a straight answer from any of the staff, there were some helpful members of staff when we first moved in but it seems like they have disappeared since so maybe they have left but Im not sure.

Spaces are not well thought out. No parking facilities for residents. Overpriced, not really a nice place to live. More of a commuter accommodation

Have been here for a few weeks, everything is super nice other than the move in process which was a bit shaky, but worked out in the end. Awesome place.
