Lived here since 2020, massive reduction in quality since new management took over. Our flat flooded on Christmas eve, there are frequent concerns with the plumbing (no running water all day, drains don't work leaving dirty water in the shower tray, sinks and bath which smells) There is a constant turn-over of staff, security staff aren't at the desk at night which is concerning considering the rise in anti-social behaviour outside of the building. On that point, the bike shed was broken into and our bikes were vandalised (couldn't be stolen due to our locks) No 26 didn't bother to inform us or provide an alternative. We kept our bikes in the corridor for the remainder of the tenancy. Thankfully we have left now, they have charged us for another months rent (not canceled the direct debit) and charged us for "wear and tear" (despite the flat never being repaired and re-painted after the flood) DONT MOVE HERE

50/50 place, the staff & apartments are great/lovely. However, they got rid of the community perks such as socials and breakfast over covid never bringing them back even though the rent is extremely inflated. A major issue was continous water problems over 2020-2023 which is unacceptable. Lastly they are very slow at giving deposit back - I'm still waiting for deposit after almost 2 months

Posting this as the building is currently leaking in the lobby area and other apartments so they have turned off the water for the whole building. The water issues have been constant. Every week there seems to be an issue with having no hot water. Paying 1.7k a month to not be able to flush the toilet is ridiculous. Theres other issues that Im not even bothered getting into but best to avoid moving into this building until they have some sort of way to quickly resolve issues or to make sure the same issue doesnt keep happening. Side note: Shout out to Kamila who works downstairs because shes always been so lovely and is quick to send emails out addressing issues
