        Awful "supplier telephone line" which I just called six times before someone actually spoke. I kept getting cut off. Was it an accident? No: one call wasn't completely cut off - I could hear typing and distant voices. Why top restaurants would use this firm is beyond me. They ask for endless statements but payment takes forever. I may refuse to supply restaurants who use this company as the hassle is just too much. Restaurants would be advised to use another company, in my opinion. (Bottom line: don't think it is clever to keep putting the phone down on callers.)

        I can advise anyone considering Paperchase Accountancy to RUN. RUN AWAY. What a shambles. For anyone who is currently with them, I would pay a third party to review your bookkeeping ASAP.
