We bought a ford fiesta from these guys at the start of last month and it was due a cambelt change. They agreed to get the work done, unfortunately the job was alot bigger than anticipated but we worked together and the work was completed and we are very happy with the outcome. Great communication throughout and quick payment when work was complete thanks Mike!

If you're going to use this dealership, I would recommend asking for Andy. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and very reassuring. I would certainly deal with him again. He even helped to deliver my new car half-way up the country! Thanks Andy!

Very poor after care. Mike always in the toilet when you ask for him, then always out, and never returns your calls. Purchased a Audi from them for 16k so not a cheap purchase. On viewing it had the oil warning light on, so it had a oil change and valet between me viewing and collecting. On arriving home, i realised the tonneau cover was not in the boot( it was lying in the boot with the mats, so called and asked to check if the valet/garage had it, told they would ask Mike. after chasing for months, i never got the tonneau or a responce about replaceing. When i got the log book, and i could check the online MOT it stated that the breaks were recorded as being very low, again spoke to the office who advised me to go to a local garage and have them checked, which i did and then called to let them know the disks and pads where recommended to be replaced, again never heard back from them even after numerous calls, and always fobbed of with differnt people to speak to, Andy, Colin & Mike the main names who never seem to be there.... Well the MOT was due and i needed to replace the discs and pads, and the warranty doesnt cover it as there werent broken.

The Dealer was polite and professional. During the test drive I'd noticed a service light on the dash I negotiated for a service tobe carried with the agreed price. The car was delivered at the agreed time. However the oil had only been topped up to above the maximum mark. I queried this with Mike and Mike was extremely helpful it sorting out the issue and rearranged the service with another Garage. Excellent customer service

The car suffered a small mechanical issue after the purchase (which predated my ownership) and I must say the aftercare the company showed me was very kind and very professional!
