I visited silver land stone today and cant recommend them more. I was greeted by two friendly members of staff with great knowledge of their products. My item was in stock and half the price of the nearest competitors. It was even loaded into my boot with a smile and a thank you. Many thanks for making my visit simple and straightforward

Refused to sell me some limestone as i needed it for a fish tank. I explained why it would be ok for the type of fish i will be keeping and had bought some for tanks i have had in past. Whoever it was behind the desk said i cant sell it to you in a bolchy manner! What a jobs worth!. Do your research before refusing to sell to a customer. Went to another stone murchant who couldn't be more helpful.

Went to Silverland Stone in Fair Oak week ago to see their range of natural stone slabs. I talk to the seller, chose the pattern and was told that price is negotiable with this type of stone ( They have some summer sale). Went there today (07/05/18) with my rented van to collect the first lot of 11m2. What a surprise! The price turned to non-negotiable...and went up. ! because they forgot to tell me that the combination of different sizes of slabs cost differently ( I still wanted the same pattern as they had on the display.. so I dont understand it!). The sellers today were a little bit tired because of the weather, so I believe they didnt want to do any work before the end of the day. I cant believe I wanted to buy there 70 m2 of slabs and paving blocks. Not recommended.
