        Working with Ruth has been such a positive experience. She has tailored my programme to get me beyond covid and a slipped disc. Her sessions are really well planned, varied and fun- even the dog joins in! Sessions leave me feeling energised and ready to face the week. My functional strength and fitness have improved so much in the last year, from a really low baseline and I would recommend her to anyone - even those who think a personal trainer is not for them!

        Ive been having one to one canicross lessons with Ruth and her gorgeous dog Rex for the last couple of months. I absolutely love our sessions with Ruth and my nervous rescue dog Lumi adores them both. Ruths brilliant with her and Ive noticed remarkable changes in our bond and how much calmer and more confident Lumi is. Each session is tailored to our needs and we have been building up our fitness, stamina and speed under Ruths specialist guidance. Ruth has a keen eye for detail and safety and has been instrumental in helping me fit Lumis harness and choosing the right kit set up for us. I cant recommend her more highly. Fun, knowledgeable, amazing with people and dogs - if youve been thinking about trying canicross or having some run coaching, get on and book! I even found myself smiling running uphill!

        14 months into twice weekly sessions and, with Ruth's support and nutritional advice, am just 3lb shy of losing a grand total of 4 stone! I had gained weight following a knee injury which put paid to a lot of exercise. Ruth drew up a programme of very low impact sessions - one with weights and the other a HIIT - and offered advice regarding changes to diet that could become a way of life rather than 'going on a diet' that is not sustainable. It really worked! Ruth is a knowledgable, friendly and very patient PT who I cannot recommend highly enough. She has transformed the way I look and I have never felt fitter.
