We recently purchased a property in Bargate's Rivercross development. The purchase was smooth, and the site team were always more than happy to help with site visits for us and our new tenant. Huge thank you to Jonathan who helped with all of my queries, and the weekly progress pictures towards completion were a lovely added touch.

We moved into our new Bargate home just over a week ago and we couldnt be happier. Having bought a Bargate home previously in Southampton, we knew the overall quality was very good. I would say our experience at Bishops Meadow has surpassed our previous experience. The quality of the build and the finish is second to none. The design and layout is excellent. The quality of the garden, turf and landscaping has vastly improved. The Sales Team (Especially but not limited to) Charlie and Jonathan has been excellent, sending photos of our property each week and on site visits throughout the build was great. I would highly recommend Bargate as I rarely give 5 stars.

Thank you so much to everyone at Bargate, the sales team and in particular Jonathan and Charlie have been absolutely fabulous. I finally moved in a week ago after many months of watching the build, updated every week with photos, it was brilliant being able to see it virtually from the start. The finish and attention to detail are second to none and I would highly recommend purchasing a Bargate home.

We have recently moved into the Rivercross development that Bargate Homes built, and are pleased we did. During the build stage, we received regular feedback and pictures from the friendly sales team who kept us up-to-date with the build progress and whom also dealt with our queries as and when they got raised. Post the key handover, we have been diligently cared for by the after sales team who have been friendly and helpful in making sure we understood how to live in and take care of our newly build home and attend to and arrange the necessary professionals to deal with a few of the snags we have come across. Our overall experience has been very pleasant and would recommend that if you are in the market or considering a new home, to engage with Bargate Homes

I recently bought a new Bargate home moving in in April 2022. The sales team at Bargate did a great job supporting me throughout the whole process from first walk round at the show home to moving in day and beyond. Every week I got a progress report from them with photos of different aspects of my new home. Jonathan and Charlie were always there on the end of the phone or by email to answer any questions and were happy to help with getting access to measure up for curtains and so on. Since I gave moved in they are in site and happy to help and always with a cheery smile. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I love my new home it fits my needs perfectly but if I were to move again I would not hesitate to turn to Bargate for my new house
