A brilliant service by M Johnson . Very friendly and professional. We had a service at the totton branch what was a lovely send off for my mother. All the staff were great . Highly recommended . All my family would like to say a big thank you for what you have done for us.

We are truly grateful to Mark and his colleagues for all the help, kindness and guidance that was shown to us when our lovely Mum passed away. From the initial call and throughout each step we were treated with such care and respect as was our Mum, nothing was too much trouble. On the day we said our final goodbyes everything went smoothly, Mark ensured that the service was just as we wanted and we didn't have to worry about anything. We really can't thank Mark and his team enough for the professional and compassionate way they dealt with a very difficult time for us and our family.
