Over from Spain to see family and phoned in to book a table for eight originally, however there was twelve of us. There was no problem accommodating us all even though they were very busy. Our waitress Jemma (hope the spelling is right) was absolutely brilliant and got everything perfect .Thanks to all at the Millgate excellent food and service 100% recommended by us

Big and spacious pub. Toilets are clean, staff ok. Big garden at the back with benches to sit and a children's climbing frame play area. Fantastic and family friendly. The only problem was the portion size of food . Priced high for small amounts of food on plate. I mean ypu could count the chips on a children's mean meal. I had to order 3 times to be full.

Over from Spain to see family and phoned in to book a table for eight originally, however there was twelve of us. There was no problem accommodating us all even though they were very busy.
