Failsworth Post Office

Fantastic staff who are always professional & polite. Have had negative experiences at other post offices, but the service here is faultless & they are all such a friendly bunch

Came in at 11.45 for a passport renewal website says it closes at 1.30pm, queued up and was then told she couldnt do our renewals cause she didnt have time and to come back another day through the week. Inconvenient as we work through the week!

Some of the staff there are very unwelcoming now. It feels as if you are an inconvenience to them when they are serving you. I will be using other post offices from now on.

Very rude staff! I had a parcel dropped off to this post office over 10 days ago from a customer I brought goods from! After not receiving my parcel I tracked my parcel through Royal Mail which showed the parcel is still sitting at failsworth post office, after speaking to a very rude lady who had no patience and didnt want to help! told me to ring Royal Mail as it wasnt her problem! Then hung the phone up on me! I then rung back and spoke to another very rude lady who advised me that they leave parcels on the side and if they are busy and it could of been took by someone. This is a beach of the data protection act. After advising the lady of this and advising her I was recording the phone call she also then hung up on me! Great customer service. I would advise anyone against sending there parcels to this post office they are extremely unprofessional, and rude. Unless you want your address being exposed to the public and your parcels sitting on there counter for anyone to take. I will be taking this further so I look forward to speaking with you both soon. And as discussed I have recorded phone calls from the lady stating they leave parcels on the side for people to take when times get busy. Great job

My daughter was In there today ,she said an elderly man was struggling with the card machine and putting is card in the wrong way and getting his pin wrong, she said one off the staff who was serving him was rude and impatient with him ,my 19 year old daughter said her heart sank at the way he was treated ..disgusting! Don't like ya job don't do it simple ,also find some respect for the people you are dealing with!
