Just want to say how Amazing this practice is!.. Been with them a short time and they have done so much to make me feel at ease.. Best move I have made (Thank you all what a good team)

The receptionist staff at the GP surgery are useless. Usually on hold for 30 to 60 minutes (during the middle of the day), you could be call position 1 in the queue for over 20 minutes then they answer and hang up.

Thank you so much .I put a repeat presentation in Monday . And had run out of tablets . But for some unreason when I went to pick them put it wasnt ready ? I was really upset . Young man on reception was lovely friendly helpful And said he would try hes best to get my tablets that day but more than likely it be next day . Well just incase I sent my fellow round and much to my surprise they would ready . I would like to thank doctor and young lad on reception dealt with the matter well Elong

I've only been with this practice since Feb 2022. I can't fault them, very attentive and caring. Reception ladies have all been great and very efficient. I email if I can't get through by phone and they respond well. Dr Haroon Pardes is one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with and meeting. Very down to earth, caring and easy to speak with. He definitely embraces being human. Really impressed with Medlock. Thanks for everything you've done for me.

I have been on antibiotics for cellulitis after finishing one course of 7 day there was a little change in my condition but required another course I am without antibiotics struggling to get more. Been told I will have to wait for a phone call from one of the doctors if anything happens to my leg because of this I will not be happy.
