Experience shocking would give no stars if I could, I purchased two a pin tuck quilts but used one more than the other, when I washed the charcoal one it lost it colour and turned out brown, when sent a email to state this I was told it's out of its 14/ 120 day baring in mind I explained I didnt use it much but when I did and washed using the labels advice I recieved emails more or less stating the wasnt bothered and it was out of refund policy, but when I stated it was not fit for purpose and faulty I recieved the most awful emails .....heres what I recieved after my correspondence to them, and them refusing to exchange goods I didnt even want my money back at this time, apparently they think its "good faith" to send the correct item I paid for just "not good quality" Hi you never paid us , you paid wowcher, and product was bought under Wowcher's terms and conditions which you accepted and proceeded with sales . we won't be replying after this message , you need to contact wowcher , We sent the right product in good faith and hence why no complaint was raised in the first 14 and then 30-days period. which clearly shows that the duvet cover sent was of satisfactory quality. You can contact whichever solicitor you like, that's your legal rights. For God's sake keep away
