Dysfunctional company. Everyone lies and no one seems to know what's happening, they can't even keep up with their own lies and tell you conflicting information. Kitchen did finally arrive, it's okay but not a professional job. A door was put on the wrong way, so they had to send me another. Took 3 weeks to get it, and one of the panels was stuck on with sticky back tape, and has obviously fallen off, so I've had to get it done properly. Didn't go through the company as I wouldn't ever want anything to do with them again!

DO NOT USED THIS KITCHEN COMPANY. FOR SUPPLY OF YOUR KITCHEN. THEY ARE RUDE, THEY SELL SHODDY UNITS , THEY MIX AND MATCH UNITS, AND SELL SECOND HAND UNITS THEY SEND WHAT THEY WANT NOT WHAT YOU AGREED TO BUY. THEY ALL LIE THEY PROMISE TO REPLACE WRONG ITEMS THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER MISSING ITEMS, ON FOUR OCCASIONS AND DONT TURN UP, THEY INSULT YOU OWN FITTER AND SAY HE IS RUBBISH, WITH OUT KNOWING HIM, SARAH YOU TOLD ME A LOAD OF RUBBISH HOPE IT BITS YOU BACK. VERY FEW FITTING SUPPLIED. POOR QUALITY UNITS, SUPPLY WORKTOPS TO SHORT AND EXPECT YOU TO JOINT IT. TO TOP IT ALL THEY MOUTH OFF AT CUSTOMERS AND YOU CAN HEAR THE STAFF SHOUTING AT CUSTOMERS IN THE BACKGROUND. THE KITCHEN COMPANY NEEDS TO GET THIER ACT TOGETHER OR IT SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN,

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NIGHTMARE KITCHEN. POORLY ORGANISED, DYSFUNCTIONAL COMPANY. BOUGHT A KITCHEN . DELIVERED 2 WEEKS LATE, FITTER LATE BY 3 WEEKS, MISSING HANDLES AND CABINET DOORS. 6 WEEKS WAITING FOR MISSING PARTS. DESPITE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS STILL WAITING FOR MY DREAM KITCHEN.
