Excellent instruction! Its a great gym where students are encouraged to train hard in a family atmosphere. Recommended.

Very good instructors. Friendly and caring instructors as well as skilled in martial arts and it's teaching. Traditional culture and values such as manners and etiquette are taught as well as martial arts. Good to see how respect to elders and peers is being taught. Seeing the diversity of students there, all age groups and ethnicities are welcome. They even do lion dance performances and training. If not COVID they could've been performing in the annual Chinese New Year performance and Manchester Day Parade again.
