    Spanish Inquision On the 22/3/23 I contacted Remington uk with a possible warranty claim, the battery on a MB320C beard trimmer was failing to hold a charge.And from then on it went downhill, the ( I was going to say customer services ) employee Alexandra T put just about every obstacle in the way she could. Im a 78yr. old with limited capabilities as far as modern tech goes. I was asked to issue photographs, videos, which I tried, but the employee said it was not acceptable as couldnt see the video properly, how you can tell if the battery is faulty by viewing a video escapes me and could I find someone else to do them, like Im about to go knocking on neighbours doors until I found a body with the knowledge.Relatives are not local. Anyway to cut the long story short a replacement was received yesterday 1/4/23.

    Tried to order anti-scale cartridge for my steam iron via website. Kept asking me if I meant anti-style cartridge or anti-steel cartridge! Rang customer services, took about 30 minutes to relay request. Was told that they would require 'more information' and that a member of the 'payments team' would ring me later that day (Friday). Still waiting the following Wednesday. Absolutely appalling

    after speaking to someone in your office I sent 8 (eight!) e mails getting only a repeat standard brush off e mail 6/12/21 to 18/1/22 regarding a rotary shaver bought in August for husband with dementia. he dropped it and we lost the black head. (theres one blue, grey and black) SO unhelpful
