Hello I want to put a complaint in to how your staff made my mum feel who regularly shops at your shop. The man was rude and made my mum feel extremely uncomfortable giving her dirty looks and speaking to her with no respect. We come your shop daily and have never had any issues but today we are shocked and very upset with the service.
