I am so pleased this company was recommended to us. We had received a visit and a quote form another much bigger company who had totally confused us, horrified us with their exorbitant costs, and essentially put us off going ahead with our plans. But Jo came along twice to talk to us. He listened, explained everything and made the whole process so simple and painless. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plans drawn. Good personal service and value for money

We recently used Spence & Oldham Architects to design our rear extension. Greg was very professional and explained the whole process. He was always quick to respond to any queries and more than happy to make any changes we requested. Spence & Oldham Architects provided drawings and information from initial planning pre-application advise through to building control approval for our new build end terrace property. The quality of the information produced was very good, they managed the whole design stage well, they helped to source and coordinate the other consultants. Simply cant praise these guys enough, from the first meeting with Greg he realized our requirements exactly ,took on board all of our ideas and needs and produced a stunning visualization of what our loft conversion will become.
