        Made a very ill woman in lots of pain struggle to come in to collect her kid. Because their proceedures would not let her other daughter collect her. Absolutly disgusting! No help or nothing. Then acted sympathetic to her with smiling faces will she broke down in tears. Is this really where you want to send your kid?
