        The minute I walk into this place I knew it was right for me, didnt need to look else where. Three years later Im still here. Great Coaches, fantastic programming friendly people who cheer you on all the way. Always look forward to training here.

        Amazing gym with the most friendly and supportive community Ive ever seen. If youre looking for a new gym or interested to try CrossFit for the first time, this is the place for you! I walked into Northern Soul 2 years ago wondering what CrossFit was all about and their team of Coaches made me feel welcome, taught me the correct ways to move and adapted everything to my level, and since then have helped me progress to being fitter and stronger than I ever thought Id be!
