Nicky is the best motivation you can have, she is always there to advise, motivate and is extremely knowledgeable. If you have a bad day/week she is there to pick you back up with no judgment! Nikki is An amazing women when my husband and I started are journey to lose weight with nikki she was by are side every step of the way I've tried many ways to lose weight I never ever did lose it but nikki encourage us both with could do this and we did l lost 4 stones and drop 4 sizes I'm now a size 12 and sometimes a 10 my husband drop 2 stone that's all he needed to lose he knew I was getting bigger and bigger he went on ti's diet for me really and nikki embraced us both with opens arm we owe her are new beginning healthy happy and so looking forward to are holidays not hiding behind are towels thank you nikki we love you for being thier if anyone can help you lose weight nikki can good luck to you all ithe diet will change your life thanks nikki xxc
