I did the three peaks challenge this summer in Carls mini bus. Unfortunately we had some of the worst weather our guides had ever seen on the walk and it was raining a lot! Thats certainly not Carls fault but he did NOT help make the journey between peaks a pleasant experience. He was inconsiderate towards his passengers, and only cared about making good time and getting from A to B as quickly as possible so as not to lose money. He left the radio on very loud all night whilst people were trying to grab a bit of sleep before climbing the third and last (most challenging) peak. We asked him to turn it down, he did so slightly for 5 minutes then turned it back up (on no ones request). He never gave people the time to change their (wet) clothes when we arrived on site and rushed us to leave the bus immediately and get changed outside. Considering he didnt want people to get on his bus with wet clothes, but expected us to put them back on before leaving the bus that just does not make sense. He left his window wide open the whole journey even whilst it was raining and the passengers behind him kept getting wet. We asked him to close his window or at least leave it only slightly open. Again, he did so for 5 minutes then opened it wide again. I could go on but thats already enough. The three peaks was amazing in the end, but I would certainly not recommend him to anyone who cares about getting a somewhat restorative/restful time in the bus in between peaks. Sad thing is, we spoke about this to the local guides at the different peaks and they said they always have issues with him, such as him not stopping for people to fill up their water bottles before a hike even though it was 30 degrees outside. The guides said that due to bus driver shortages they had no choice but to keep working with him.

The worst driver ever for the three peaks challenge. He doesnt drive for the other but just for himself: his window is always open, even the weather is windy and rainy, and even you ask him gently to close it because you are totally wet and cold The sound of the radio was always loud even during the night! Hes unpleasant and make you to rush when you have to prepare yourself just before the climbing. It was definitely the worst experience for this challenge.

We used Carl's minibus for our journey to and from Alvaston Hall. Every aspect of his service is exemplary. We travelled with our elderly relatives and Carl treated them with the utmost respect. They said the transport was the icing on the cake. Wouldn't hesitate in using Carl's minibus services in the future.

I'll give a good review as he's my son's neighbor and he seems a very nice chap with a very clean 7seater ,it's like shoes ,you can tell a man/woman by them ,so good luck use this man as he looks like a professional.
