Both pre and after sales service was excellent. Advice provided beforehand was spot on, before purchasing doors through a retailer. Then afterwards they sent paint to cover planed edges and different colour hinges, to those that came with the doors, to match the rest of the room. Cant rate this company highly enough

Ordered a bespoke Industrial style door from Direct Doors who source the product from Weekamp at a cost of 492. Unfortunately one pane of glass shattered during the process of having the latch and handles fitted. My joiner was really careful and it was very unfortunate. However, according to the website the side stiles are supposed to be 80mm - WARNING - they aren't. They're a couple of mm short which, when you are drilling into this style of door gives very little leeway or margin for error. Given this, the door should have come with instructions and a warning of the danger of drilling too far and a maximum drilling depth but it came with nothing. The company were unwilling to admit to the side stile being less than 80mm and were unwilling to compromise. If they had, I might have considered ordering another door from them. It was a really nice door but given their attitude I wouldn't deal with them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

I sell Weekamp doors and have only had good feedback and very happy customers. Tolerances in manufacturing can vary slightly and is to be expected. And when installing any door, the old adage of measure twice, cut once is a golden rule. And of course any installation must be carried out by a "competent" installer :-)
