I've been working with Kestrel Interiors for over 15 years and have found them to be a professional and high quality company. Kestrel are capable of all types of fit out jobs from schools, colleges, shops, offices factories and major refurbishments of multi use buildings. They can provide the full package from Electrical/Mechanical, Joinery, Decoration and Flooring. I've always been impressed by their hard work and dedication to get the job completed on time.

This contractor is an absolute disgrace. They contracted my company to a 40,000 contract, and cancelled it 2 days after I started due to a problem they had and a mistake in the spec, admittedly down to Them. Left us completely without work even after sending a legal contract for the work. Since that, they have had to cut corners on the render system in order to cover their loss, at the cost of the poor client who is expecting a professional job. This is at Parkside industrial estate In Leeds. They agreed to pay, after long negotiations, just 10% cancellation fee, yet it has not been paid still and they refuse to pay. As a small business myself, this is enough to sink us. But the guys at kestrel care for nothing but themselves, regardless of the impact on the contractors and the client. I strongly advise staying as far away from kestrel As you possibly can.
