        Well we ended up at Blooms because our usual choice of florist was closed for bank holiday and I couldn't of been happier with the service and beautiful flowers we got for Grandmas birthday. Superb service and lovely owner. 5*

        Sold us valentines flowers that died within a few days before they even had a chance to open up! Contacted them for an exchange and a woman named Susan was extremely shirty with my boyfriend so I sent them an email with some pictures attached as they asked me to but was told that because I didn't tell them about the complaint within 5 days there was nothing they were willing to do to help us! Avoid at all costs! Spend your money where you will have something to show for it rather than a sad looking vase of wilted lillies! This place needs shutting down!
