We travel all the way from Sheffield for Flavour Factory and it does not disappoint! The food is banging every single time. The lemon pepper prawns and terriyaki jerk chicken is unreal!! Mac and cheese and salt n pepper fries are out of this world. Never had a bad experience. Everything is seasoned to perfection, no bland unseasoned food round here, out of this world, you've got to go!!

I ordered online from here three weeks ago, they phoned me to tell me theyve got no chicken left and only have veggie strips and if I dont want veggie strips then theyll cancel my order and refund me, said it will take upto five working days for my money to go back into my account. Fast forward three weeks later and theyve still not refunded me when Ive phoned them twice so tomorrow when the shop opens Ill be going down there and wont be leaving without my money back, absolutely disgusting customer service and even more scruffy the fact they dont wanna give me my money back for food I never even had!!! Avoid at all costs!! I used to eat here all the time and now it seems there more bothered about money than actual service smh
