I bit the bullet and went down the mortgage route after house hunting for over 3 years - I know, I'm picky! I was recommended by others to speak to Jonathan about mortgages, his advice is second to none, he isn't in it for himself, he genuinely is there to support you throughout the whole process. Jonathan has been excellent throughout the whole process of buying our first house, we couldn't have done it without him! We hit many bumps in the road whilst trying to secure our house and mortgage during Covid, and Jonathan was there throughout to support and reassure us. He was always available to answer any questions we had, and kept us updated on the process throughout. Jonathan arranged the solicitors for us and even the transfer of our utilities and home insurance once we moved, making moving so much easier! It can be daunting for first time buyers which we were. Trying to understand the legal jargon understand what the checks are and having someone who can answer all those niggling questions that you need answering, Especially the ones that come to you at 4:00 a.m. Failsworth and hollinwood ensured that my experience was painless and my every need was catered for no matter how big or small. I was told from the outset there are no daft questions so ask. I was given fantastic financial advice and was able to share my personal information with Failsworth and Hollinood freely without any problems. The whole experience for us easy due to the professional manner of Jonathan and the thoroughness or everything he did. I can honestly say that I would never use any other company but Failsworth and Hollinood. My policies that were required were taken care of and they went above and beyond for me and my family.
