I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done with Rachel. From my patch test to getting my hair done, Rachel explained all my options and what she was going to be doing with my hair. Rachel is an extremely warm, friendly and kind individual. She put me at ease the moment I walked into the salon. The salon itself is extremely beautiful. Ive had my hair done at numerous local salons over the years and I can say without hesitation my experience with Rachel was superb. She nailed how I wanted my hair. She is very emphatic and patient and makes you feel like a million dollars. My hair was simply beautiful and I cannot recommend Ventus enough to everyone considering having their hair done. I came to Rachel with a hair cut I wasnt happy with from another salon and she was amazing! Really listened to what I wanted and had so much attention to detail. Ill defo be booking again x
