We had a great experience with Bristol wood burners. We removed an old gas fire and they installed a beautiful slate hearth and wood burning stove. So happy from start to finish with the process. Excellent communication from initial contact to finished project. Despite the whole industry experiencing supply issues with stoves over this winter we were kept up to date and given choices to change things if we wanted the project completed sooner. Excellent work through what I imagine has been quite a chaotic time! The work was completed expertly and the team were friendly, kind and accommodating (even with my 3 year old showing quite an interest in what they were doing!) Everything was left clean and tidy after work was completed. Amazing work guys thank you for your time and energy and for going above and beyond! We have really enjoyed breaking in the new burner

Vic & Sergio were very friendly, professional and efficient with this fireplace conversion/woodburner installation. Hannah was incredibly helpful and speedy at replying when it came to booking the job, and was kind enough to help find a date that suited us all mutually for the install. We are delighted with the results and would recommend this company to anyone.
