        First puppy trim for my 13 week old cockapoo and Lorraine has done a lovely job. As an introduction to grooming, I'm very pleased. My little girl looks really pretty but not totally unrecognisable, which I feared might happen. Very importantly she doesn't appear stressed. Everything was carried out professionally and in a Covid secure environment. I'm more than happy to have made our next appointment for a few weeks time.
