Same as the last review. First phone contact was very positive they said I would have a quote within 5-10 days. I chased them up when it was nearly due and they said they would get back to me soon. That was weeks ago. Very unprofessional experience. I gave the work to one of there competitors who have been very good. I will not bother Northern Joinery Ltd again.

Highly recommended - we had a full staircase replaced and we cant fault the service or workmanship - the entire experience from start to finish has been great. Northern Joinery ltd were immediately responsive to enquiries and came to measure up and advise. We wanted a fairly traditional design in a light oak - the company was able to design a build a staircase to our specifications and we couldnt be happier with the result. The joiners did a fantastic job of the removal of the old stairs and installation of new - top quality finish from people who clearly take pride in their work.

This is quality outfit , I asked for quote and because I needed fast turn round offered 60 for Hospice if they could push through response was not its in production it was when you picking it up , the quality was top . If you need stairs ether bespoke or bulk this is place for staircases and there NOT expensive thumbs up the team and thumbs up quality , and you earned the Hospice 60 many thanks

Very disappointing experience. Asked this company for a quote to provide a staircase. After a full week of constantly calling them they eventually replied by saying they would contact me in yet another week, what jokers .
