Good morning James I wanted to thank you very much for helping me with my IT problem yesterday, you and your colleagues always go "the extra mile" and it is very much appreciated! I had spent a few hours trying to resolve a "Onedrive" synchronization problem and had reached the full extent of my IT "skills" (I hardly had any hair left either ). I had an important meeting later where access to this information would be vital! Can you please pass my thanks on to your colleague Jack who effortlessly took over my PC and resolved my issues in a few minutes, he was just brilliant! He was reassuringly calm and friendly and didn't comment on my obvious lack of knowledge, which I am very grateful for! Each person that I have dealt with in the team as been more than helpful, well informed and nearly all issues raised have been resolved within the day. I can thoroughly recommend! Bonus points for not asking me to 'switch it off and on again'! 10/10
