All The meat I have had from there I can say is out of this world just like what you would expect from a top class establishment after talking with the butcher found out this this is all locally sourced localy from farms and his sausages are amazing never had one so good in all my life being a chef for many years and it is all about the quality of the products you use the flavour is so good and textures when is cooked melts in your mouth full of flavour you can tell the animals have not been stressed in any way because it is tender and succulent this is a little hidden gem in the hart of Eynsham You are always greeted with a friendly smile you will be truly amazed and happy from anything you buy from this butchers The finest butchers on our own doorstep come guys we need to support our local butchers

We get our meat here every week, the best steaks ever. Their weekly specials are amazing. A proper proper butchers.
